SimplyBank Web allows the bank to freely define a set of functions, customised graphics or targeted messages for specific user clusters, identified according to different criteria established by each bank.
SimplyBank Web allows you to manage a set of different banks, or brands belonging to the same bank, within a single technology context. Through a database geared towards a MultiAbi approach, it is in fact possible to define several groups of banks through the Pool and Abi ParentCompany concept. Each group can be routed via connection mechanics that are specific for different Information Systems, and a hierarchy for information access can be established.
SimplyBank Web offers a multi-language service, based on the specific requirements of banks with clients of different nationalities.
This is currently available in Italian, English and German.

Auriga is the only non-bank player certified as DTF (Delegated Technical Facility) and APM (Access Point Manager) within the CBI network.

The online correspondence service directly integrated within SimplyBank Web allows users to create and send telegrams, registered mail and priority delivery mail online. The price is calculated in real time by Poste Italiane and is then submitted to the user who authorises dispatch, the amount for which is debited on the bank account. Poste Italiane prints and dispatches the correspondence. The user will then receive the dispatch outcome plus a code to enable tracking of the delivery.
The online deposit account functionality, which is directly linked with SimplyBank Web, allows potential customers to manage their deposit account online and straight from their Internet Banking station. Users can therefore pay into their deposit account amounts of money withdrawn from pre-set bank accounts or, in order to obtain a return over time, bind certain sums on the deposit account via an underwriting operation.
